About the role

Studio Marvila, a ceramic studio and natural wine bar in Lisbon, seeks a results‑driven freelance SEO specialist to boost its online visibility, attract local and tourist traffic, and increase bookings for workshops, events, and wine tastings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Local SEO strategy, fully optimizing the Google Business Profile.
• Conduct a comprehensive SEO audit and implement on‑page fixes (meta tags, site structure, image optimization).
• Perform keyword research focused on high‑intent terms related to workshops, natural wine, team‑building, and creative events.
• Optimize existing website copy and advise on new SEO‑focused landing pages.
• Review or set up Google Search Console and Google Analytics for accurate tracking.
• Deliver a long‑term, actionable SEO roadmap with implementation support.

Required profile

• Proven track record in Local SEO and on‑page optimization.
• Experience with hospitality, tourism, restaurants, wine bars, or creative studios is highly preferred.
• Action‑oriented mindset: able to implement recommendations, not just advise.
• Data‑driven approach to translate analytics into growth strategies.
