About the role

Join the Flighthelp Airport Team to help travellers navigate major flight disruptions such as delays or cancellations. You will work on‑site at airports in your region, offering clear, friendly information and guidance to passengers who need assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Be present at designated airport locations during significant disruptions.
• Approach and engage travellers, answering questions about available support options.
• Provide accurate, up‑to‑date information on flight status, rebooking procedures, and compensation rights.
• Collaborate with airport staff and airline representatives as needed.
• Complete each assignment and submit required reports for payment.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Fluency in French; English is a plus.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, dynamic airport environments.
