Freelance AI Trainer – Startup CEO (8‑20 hrs/week, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for experienced startup CEOs based in the EU or UK to help improve AI models that simulate entrepreneurship and leadership. This freelance position requires 8‑20 hours per week and can be performed entirely remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI‑generated outputs on business strategy, fundraising, team building, go‑to‑market planning and operations.
• Evaluate AI responses for realism, strategic insight and alignment with real‑world startup challenges.
• Draft realistic leadership scenarios based on personal experience and create variations from different perspectives (CEO, co‑founder, investor, etc.).
• Identify gaps, oversights or weak reasoning in AI‑generated business content and provide structured feedback.

Required profile

• Former or current startup CEO with significant experience in the EU or UK.
• Proven track record in strategy development, capital raising, team building and venture growth.
• Ability to evaluate business documentation and operational decisions critically.
• Available 8‑20 hours per week and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of startup leadership, strategy and fundraising.
• Experience assessing business plans and operational models.
