Forecast to Control & Accounting Department Manager

About the role

As the Forecast to Control and Accounting Department Manager, you will sit at the crossroads of financial information flow, linking business control, finance directors, and joint‑venture partners. You will ensure high‑quality data delivery to finance leaders and support the company’s strategic and reporting needs.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise end‑to‑end Close & Accounting and Forecast to Control processes and the associated teams.
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly re‑forecasts for corporate and business scopes.
• Contribute to the corporate transformation program, driving simplification, standardisation and continuous improvement of reporting tools within the new ERP landscape.
• Enhance management reporting through KPI monitoring, performance analysis and tool optimisation.
• Collaborate with Finance Business Control & Advisory, Group Tax, Group Control, Group Treasury, Consolidation, external auditors and JV partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising Close & Accounting and Forecast to Control processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a dynamic finance team.
• Experience working with multiple internal and external finance stakeholders, including auditors and joint‑venture partners.
• Track record of contributing to finance transformation initiatives and ERP implementations.
