Food Server (Part‑time)

About the role

BOA-BAO is looking for a friendly, part‑time Food Server to join its vibrant team in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for guests, helping them enjoy the restaurant’s Asian‑inspired menu in a lively atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus and answer questions about dishes and beverages.
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper table settings and cleanliness.
• Process payments courteously and efficiently.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to special requests, and maintain hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth service and quick table turnover.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Friendly, professional attitude toward guests and teammates.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic proficiency in English; Portuguese or other languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with food‑and‑beverage service standards.
• Knowledge of menu items and basic restaurant operations.
