Food & Beverage Supervisor – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Four Seasons Lisbon is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the restaurant team in delivering exceptional, luxury dining experiences. You will work closely with the Department Head to uphold the brand’s high standards and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Select, train, evaluate, coach, and discipline restaurant staff to meet cultural and core standards.
• Monitor the condition of facilities and equipment, recommending improvements as needed.
• Implement benchmark training programs and support the Department Head in achieving yearly goals.
• Maintain clean, up‑to‑date menus and assist in achieving departmental targets.
• Oversee set‑up, cleaning of operational areas, and ensure visible presence on the floor.
• Handle guest complaints, special requests, and promote positive public relations in the manager’s absence.
• Assist with food service and support other department areas when required.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service attitude with enthusiasm, strong interpersonal skills, and self‑motivation.
• Solid knowledge and experience in food & beverage operations.
• Legal authorization to work in a European country.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in both Portuguese and English.
