About the role

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee day‑to‑day restaurant and bar operations in a 5‑star hotel near Porto. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service standards across the guest journey while driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of hospitality professionals.
• Maintain the highest quality standards across all F&B outlets.
• Manage inventory, stock control, labour costs, and departmental budgets.
• Drive operational performance and implement service recovery when needed.

Required profile

• Proven Food & Beverage management experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant, bar, and guest service operations.
• Experience managing inventory, stock control, labour costs, and budgets.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective guest feedback management.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage trends, menu development, and wine service.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
