Flemish Speaking Customer Experience Specialist – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a fluent Flemish speaker to join our international team in Lisbon as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this fully on‑site position you will be the voice of a leading household‑appliance and consumer‑electronics brand, providing friendly and efficient support to Flemish‑speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails and chat messages from Flemish customers, answering questions about products, deliveries, setups, warranties and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose technical issues and guide customers step‑by‑step, escalating to specialist teams when needed.
• Record all interactions, feedback and complaints accurately in the company CRM.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product catalogues, new releases and service best practices through regular training.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in Flemish (C1/C2) and solid written and spoken English (B2).
• Resides in Lisbon or is willing to relocate independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with an empathetic, solution‑focused attitude.
• Comfortable using multiple software tools, chat applications and CRM systems simultaneously.
