Finance & Marketing Trainee Program

About the role

Join a fast‑paced, international company operating in mobile, digital and fintech as a graduate trainee. You will choose to develop your career in either Finance or Marketing, working on real projects from day one and gaining exposure across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Finance: Prepare and analyse financial statements, forecasts and variance reports; support budgeting and business planning; monitor performance and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Marketing: Develop and optimise cross‑geography campaigns; monitor KPIs and market data to turn insights into strategies; support digital product projects; analyse trends and prepare presentations for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (or up to 1 year experience) in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (mandatory); Portuguese or other languages are a plus.
• Proactive, curious and comfortable in a fast‑changing, multicultural environment.
