Finance Business Partner

About the role

Kantar is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join its Functions team in Portugal. You will work closely with commercial, sales and operational leaders, providing financial insight that directly influences decision‑making and drives performance across revenue, margin and cash.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance partner for local commercial, sales and operational teams.
• Integrate business insight into forecasts, ensuring realistic assumptions.
• Challenge and support business plans, projects and investment proposals.
• Provide clear financial input for pricing, margin and customer discussions.
• Identify risks and opportunities and help shape corrective actions.
• Translate complex financial data into concise, actionable messages for non‑finance audiences.
• Leverage technology‑enabled tools such as Copilot and Business Intelligence solutions to streamline processes and enhance insight.

Required profile

• Strong experience in finance business partnering or commercial finance.
• Solid commercial acumen and understanding of business operations.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and non‑finance teams.
• Ability to turn financial data into clear insight and practical recommendations.
• Constructive, curious mindset with confidence to challenge and influence.
• Comfort using technology‑enabled tools, including BI solutions and Copilot.
