Finance Business Analyst – Data & IT Partner

About the role

Vantage Towers is seeking a Finance Business Analyst to bridge finance, IT, and data quality functions. You will work independently on analysis projects, translate business needs into data requirements, and support initiatives that improve decision‑making across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary business contact for the Data Quality team, translating business requirements into data specifications and documenting inconsistencies.
• Track remediation actions, communicate data‑quality status to stakeholders, and ensure transparent resolution processes.
• Support IT‑driven digital initiatives by gathering requirements, assessing business impact, and contributing to business cases for system enhancements.
• Evaluate post‑implementation outcomes and document lessons learned.
• Prepare and maintain management reports, dashboards, and presentations for finance leadership.
• Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities through data analysis and scenario modelling.
• Collaborate with finance colleagues and cross‑functional teams to align on priorities and deliver actionable insights.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Finance Analyst, or in a data‑focused role.
• Strong analytical abilities with a proven track record of working independently on complex topics.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical (IT, data) and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to translate data findings into concise insights and recommendations.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced proficiency)
