Finance and Business Operations Support (Maternity Leave Cover)

About the role

As a Finance and Business Operations Support specialist covering maternity leave, you will ensure financial accuracy, optimise licensing operations and streamline reporting for Airbus' Digital Corporate and Analytics (DM) team. You will act as the strategic link between project managers, product‑service line leaders and central financial controlling.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and consolidate financial inputs from Product Managers and PSL leaders.
• Combine operational data with financial figures to produce reliable forecasts.
• Lead the monthly financial closing analysis for DM product‑service lines.
• Track and consolidate ongoing cost contributions during organisational changes.
• Oversee licence planning and monitor project workload capacity.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies such as missing or mis‑booked entries.
• Deliver weekly reports on subcontracting status and goods receipts.
• Detect bottlenecks, design new processes and help implement automated solutions to modernise financial operations.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in finance or business administration.
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills, autonomous and result‑oriented.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
