Field Service Coordinator (French speaker)

About the role

Bloq.it is looking for a French‑speaking Field Service Coordinator based in Portugal to ensure the smooth deployment, activation and maintenance of its smart locker solution. You will act as the central point of contact for field teams, technicians and store managers, guaranteeing high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide rapid field service coordination and ensure SOPs are followed for surveys, deployments and maintenance tasks.
• Respond promptly to operational challenges via phone, email, WhatsApp and other channels, troubleshooting issues for technicians and store managers.
• Develop and maintain clear processes with support and maintenance teams for technical issues related to hardware and software.
• Manage exceptional cases when tasks fail, taking ownership to deliver successful outcomes.
• Handle client escalations, deliver regular status updates and conduct post‑mortems to improve service quality.
• Contribute to documentation, training materials and SOP updates.
• Stay current with product developments and internal processes to support field teams.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving ability and experience troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Fluent in French and English with excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience coordinating contractors and managing maintenance projects.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and capable of working both independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP/ticketing systems such as Odoo, Fresh Services or Airtable.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.
