Field & Community Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Field & Community Marketing Manager to design and run a connected program of conferences, local meetups, webinars, podcasts and other owned events. The role bridges product, sales and engineering to bring Severalnines closer to practitioners, buyers and partners, turning engagement into lasting relationships and qualified commercial conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and run a connected program of conferences, meetups, webinars and podcasts, translating company priorities into a 12‑month calendar.
• Develop and nurture relationships with organizers, local hosts, customers, partners and technical experts to encourage repeat participation.
• Own end‑to‑end event delivery, including sponsorships, venues, budgets, speaker recruitment, agenda shaping and post‑event reviews.
• Work with Sales and Marketing Operations to target accounts, segment audiences, capture registrations and route qualified leads to the appropriate follow‑up.
• Measure performance, track audience relevance, qualified conversations and opportunity contribution, and adjust investment accordingly.

Required profile

• Proven experience owning field, event or community marketing programs in B2B software, cloud infrastructure or database‑related businesses.
• Hands‑on track record delivering both in‑person and virtual events, managing budgets, vendors and promotion.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with external communities and internal cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work across time zones, travel internationally and handle multiple overlapping workstreams.
