F&B Service Coordinator – Hotel Operations

About the role

The F&B Service Coordinator will oversee daily food‑and‑beverage service across all hotel outlets, ensuring a seamless and high‑quality guest experience. You will support the front‑of‑house team, maintain service standards, and collaborate closely with kitchen and management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate breakfast, lunch, dinner, and room‑service operations each day.
• Guide, motivate and schedule the service team, distributing tasks and shifts.
• Ensure strict adherence to service standards, procedures and quality expectations.
• Welcome guests, provide menu and wine recommendations, and deliver attentive service.
• Assist with events, private functions and special service setups.
• Manage guest feedback, resolve issues proactively, and maintain service flow.
• Support administrative duties such as stock control, ordering and operational reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year as Maître/Restaurant Manager or 3‑5 years as Assistant Manager/Supervisor in upscale hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of gastronomy, service standards and wine service.
• Excellent communication skills and a guest‑service mindset.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Spanish; additional languages a plus.
• Familiarity with F&B operational systems and MS Office.
• Hospitality or F&B management education valued.
