Extracurricular HR Generalist Internship

About the role

This extracurricular internship offers a hands‑on experience in Human Resources within Bosch's Home Comfort division in Aveiro. You will work closely with the HR team to support recruitment, onboarding, and HR projects, gaining insight into HR operations in a large industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating job descriptions, posting vacancies, and defining selection criteria.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: source candidates, conduct screening calls, schedule and support interviews, and act as the main point of contact for candidates.
• Support employer branding initiatives such as job fairs, conferences, and recruitment events.
• Help onboard new associates and ensure a smooth entry experience.
• Participate in the implementation of HR policies, tools, and team initiatives.
• Provide data for HR analytics, including monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Assist with administrative employee processes and training management.

Required profile

• Academic degree in Social Sciences, Management, or a related field.
• General knowledge of HR management concepts is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse cultures and mindsets.
• Proactive, autonomous, and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
