IT Support Technician

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join KCS IT’s Lisbon office. The role involves providing first‑line technical assistance to internal users and clients, ensuring smooth operation of Windows and macOS environments.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
• Log, track and close incidents using ticketing and incident‑management tools.
• Support Microsoft Office suite and maintain system configurations across Windows and macOS platforms.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in IT support, help‑desk or service‑desk roles.
• Previous experience in the banking or financial sector is a strong plus.
• Fluent English with strong communication and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Proficiency with macOS.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Hands‑on experience using ticketing and incident‑management tools.
• Support for mobile devices (smartphones, tablets).
