About the role

Delnext is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support and execute performance‑marketing campaigns across multiple paid channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to optimise ads, monitor results and help drive growth for our transport technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the setup, management and optimisation of campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Track key performance metrics such as CPC, ROAS, CTR and conversions, and contribute to regular reporting dashboards.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, keywords and new advertising opportunities.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop and test creatives, ad copy and landing pages tailored to each platform.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or a related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience or proven knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
• Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English.
