Enterprise Sales Lead – Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Lead to drive growth in the Portuguese financial services market. You will build and close strategic opportunities with banks, insurers, and other regulated institutions, shaping our commercial presence in one of Europe’s key financial hubs.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from opportunity creation to contract signature.
• Develop and execute account strategies for major financial institutions.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across Banking, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations, Procurement, and Executive teams.
• Navigate complex procurement and enterprise buying processes.
• Identify and develop champions within target accounts.
• Lead commercial discussions, proposals, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with product and leadership teams to represent customer needs.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• 8+ years of enterprise sales experience.
• Proven track record selling to banks, insurance companies, or financial services organizations.
• Experience managing long and complex sales cycles.
• Ability to engage multiple stakeholders across large enterprises.
• Excellent relationship‑building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Commercial mindset with a proactive business‑development approach.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
