About the role

We are hiring driven Sales Developers for the English market to represent a leading web content and social discussion platform, making outbound calls to new potential clients and driving their engagement.

Key responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective English‑market clients to guide them through sign‑up.
  • Drive client engagement and usage of the platform.

Required profile

  • Consultative selling experience with strong business acumen to identify market potential.
  • Ability to pitch high‑value solutions and engage decision‑makers confidently.
  • Strategic thinking and influencing skills without formal authority.
  • Digital marketing knowledge and strong objection‑handling capabilities.

What we offer

  • Gross monthly salary of €1,227.33 plus a performance bonus up to €320.
  • Monthly meal allowance of €154 on a tax‑exempt prepaid card.
  • Private health and dental insurance after contract signing.
  • 15 days of paid intensive product training in English.
  • Full‑time onsite role (40 h/week) in Lisbon.
