English-Speaking Sales Representative – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven English‑speaking Sales Representative to join an international sales team in Lisbon. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation and prospecting who enjoys engaging with customers and turning opportunities into results.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
• Generate and qualify new sales leads
• Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions
• Build relationships with potential customers
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline
• Handle objections and guide prospects through the sales process
• Consistently work toward individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in internal systems

Required profile

• English C1 level or higher with strong spoken communication
• Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation
• Confident making cold calls and engaging prospective customers
• Target‑driven, proactive and resilient personality
• Strong negotiation and objection‑handling skills
• Customer‑focused and commercially minded
• Currently living in Lisbon
• Non‑EU candidates must already hold a valid Residence Card
