English-speaking Junior Finance & Accounting Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an English-speaking Junior Finance & Accounting Specialist to join a global leader in insulin delivery and diabetes technology. The role will support the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, handling order entry, invoicing, cash application and collections within a medical-device environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders received via email and other channels accurately and promptly.
• Generate invoices and credit notes in line with company policies.
• Apply customer payments daily and perform cash reconciliations.
• Monitor accounts-receivable aging, follow up overdue invoices and assist in resolving billing issues.
• Handle routine customer queries and escalate complex cases.
• Support month-end, quarter-end closing activities and audit preparation.
• Maintain up-to-date customer master data in the ERP system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 6 months experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C or finance operations (2–5 years a plus).
• Fluent English (C1 level) with strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables).
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or NetSuite.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles.
