About the role
We are seeking an English‑speaking Compliance, Control and Risk Management Team Leader to join our international financial services and insurance group in Lisbon. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality support to customers while ensuring compliance standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Provide English‑language support to customers and clients.
- Deliver a professional, high‑quality service experience.
- Collaborate with a multicultural team based in Lisbon.
- Oversee compliance, control and risk management processes within the team.
Required profile
- Fluent English (written and spoken) and good command of Portuguese.
- EU work eligibility or a valid work permit for Portugal.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
