English Sales Agent – Rotational Shifts – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for English‑speaking Sales Agents to join our on‑site team in Lisbon. You will represent a leading international client, handling sales calls and building customer relationships in a target‑driven environment. Training begins in October 2026 and the role includes rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls in English, presenting and promoting the client’s products and services.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions and upsell or cross‑sell to increase order value.
• Manage objections professionally and close sales while meeting daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Log every lead, call and sale accurately in the CRM and ensure compliance with data‑protection and quality guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telesales, call‑center or inside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher), written and spoken.
• Based in Lisbon or the Greater Lisbon area and legally entitled to work in Portugal.
• Available to work rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, and to start in October 2026.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.
• Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
