Engineering Manager

About the role

Enhesa is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers building modern SaaS applications for global customers, including Fortune 500 companies. The role focuses on guiding technical direction, ensuring high-quality delivery, and fostering continuous improvement within a fast-paced, people-first culture.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and mentor engineers through regular one-on-ones, objective setting and feedback.
• Lead hiring, onboarding and talent development in partnership with HR.
• Communicate team capacity, risks and progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product management and technical experts to plan, estimate and prioritize work.
• Advocate for technical initiatives and align technical strategy with business goals.
• Translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, retrospectives, refinements and planning.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by tracking and acting on retrospective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering software products.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and people-development skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical ideas to diverse audiences.
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations and risk communication.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum processes and ability to run team ceremonies.
