Engineering Manager – Digital Trust

About the role

Feedzai is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Digital Trust team, building cutting‑edge fraud detection and prevention capabilities that protect financial institutions from digital fraud.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers, supporting their career growth and day‑to‑day execution.
• Work closely with Product Management to transform requirements and ideas into working software.
• Provide technical leadership on architecture, design and code reviews.
• Drive planning, execution and delivery of technical projects.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data Science and Security stakeholders.
• Champion DevOps, security, scalability and performance best practices for Digital Trust products.

Required profile

• 3+ years of leadership or management experience in technical teams.
• 6+ years of software development experience.
• Strong ability to balance technical innovation with business impact.
• Excellent English communication; Spanish a plus.

Required skills

• Cloud‑native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Design and operation of high‑scale distributed systems in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with network security, behavioral analytics or device intelligence.
• Modern software architecture principles.
