EMEA Logistics Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to lead our EMEA logistics network across 110 countries. You will oversee warehouses, trade lanes, customs brokerage and transportation, ensuring seamless product flow and high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end supply chain services including inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling and import‑export licensing.
• Manage third‑party logistics (3PL) providers and carriers to meet performance metrics and SLA commitments.
• Drive cost‑optimization initiatives and process‑improvement projects across the EMEA region.
• Establish and maintain strong vendor partnerships, handling performance management and communication.
• Provide leadership during operational changes while ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Oversee budgeting, cost analysis and financial reporting for logistics operations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve customer delivery issues throughout the territory.
• Develop and maintain trade‑management infrastructure supporting all service logistics activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years progressive experience in diverse logistics roles.
• At least 7 years of general business experience.
• Proven experience in global, cross‑functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated expertise with logistics software and systems.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (preferred).

Required skills

• Logistics software and systems proficiency.
• ITIL Foundation certification (highly preferred).
• AI literacy and experience with AI‑driven logistics tools.
• Change Management principles and application.
• Project Management knowledge.
