Process Analysis & Improvement Specialist

About the role

The Process Analysis & Improvement Specialist will analyze and map the current tariffing process within the EU Import Mailbox, identify bottlenecks, and drive automation and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and map the current tariffing process and related activities within the EU Import Mailbox.
• Identify stakeholders, process interfaces, manual activities, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities across the end‑to‑end workflow.
• Support and manage operational bottlenecks in the mailbox handling process.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define automation opportunities, clarify roles and eliminate non‑value‑added activities.
• Implement process redesigns, drive automation initiatives and ensure successful handover to operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in process analysis, continuous improvement or related initiatives, preferably in a cross‑functional operational environment.
• Full professional proficiency in English; German or Portuguese are a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
