Junior Managers Program – Logistics (JMP)

About the role

The Junior Managers Program (JMP) in Logistics is an accelerated development scheme at Bosch’s Mobility Electronic division. Participants rotate through up to six business segments, work on transformation projects, and gain international exposure while being mentored by senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives using AI, data‑driven logistics and digitalisation of supply‑chain processes.
• Analyse end‑to‑end logistics, identify inefficiencies and develop innovative, data‑based solutions.
• Collaborate with logistics, production, planning, IT, customers, suppliers and senior management to implement change.
• Drive continuous improvement, process standardisation and automation of warehouse, transport and material flow.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of professional experience; international exposure through studies or internships is a plus.
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, production planning, purchasing or supply‑chain projects is advantageous.
