EMEA Content Excellence Director

About the role

The EMEA Content Excellence Director will shape and own the end‑to‑end content strategy for Johnson & Johnson across the region. Working at the crossroads of commercial, medical, legal and IT teams, you will translate strategic vision into practical, scalable ways of working that drive consistent, high‑quality content delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and continuously evolve the regional content approach, standards and operating model.
• Guide adoption of the content framework across markets and functions, ensuring sustained implementation.
• Act as the regional reference point for content excellence, providing clarity to Commercial, Medical, Legal, Regulatory and IT stakeholders.
• Monitor content performance, identify improvement opportunities, and increase efficiency through reuse, modular content and technology.
• Design and optimise content processes, decision‑making structures, collaboration models and workflows to move from fragmented to scalable practices.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in digital content strategy within a regulated industry.
• Strong track record of influencing cross‑functional teams and driving adoption at scale.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and performance measurement.
