Email Designer (Figma) – Remote

About the role

Social Scout is a performance‑driven email marketing agency looking for a full‑time, remote Email Designer who works primarily in Figma. The role involves creating high‑impact email campaigns for multiple brands, balancing creative ambition with the speed required in an agency environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design 6–8 polished email campaigns per day using Figma, ensuring each is on‑brand and performance‑focused.
• Translate brand tone, personality, and visual identity into compelling email layouts.
• Apply email UX best practices such as hierarchy, spacing, readability, clear CTAs, and flow.
• Manage multiple brand accounts simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Managers, and fellow Designers.
• Continuously raise the creative standard across all deliverables.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing marketing or eCommerce emails with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent eye for detail in spacing, alignment, typography, and colour.
• Ability to quickly understand and adapt to different brand guidelines.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑output environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
