Senior Product Designer

About the role

Donorbox is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to shape the end‑to‑end user experience of its fundraising platform. Reporting to the Design Manager, you will translate complex product and business requirements into intuitive, scalable design solutions while advocating for users.

Key responsibilities

• Lead user‑centered design efforts, including research, usability testing, surveys, and data analysis to uncover user needs.
• Own the full design lifecycle: user journeys, flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI designs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, iterate designs, and ensure smooth handoff.
• Monitor live features, analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback, and use data‑driven insights to continuously improve the experience.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in Product or UX Design with a strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end ownership.
• Experience designing complex B2B SaaS products, CRMs, or ERPs.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools, especially Figma and Claude.
• Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics.
