Senior Brand Designer

About the role

Circle is looking for a Senior Brand Designer to shape and evolve its visual identity across every customer‑facing touchpoint. You will work within the Design Studio team to create a brand that is instantly recognizable, culturally relevant, and sets the standard for modern software companies.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve Circle’s visual identity for product launches, campaigns, events, advertising, social, and more.
• Design scalable brand systems that work across web, email, video, presentations, and product marketing.
• Develop visual narratives that translate complex AI and SaaS features into simple, engaging experiences.
• Create campaign identities, illustrations, iconography, graphics, and launch assets.
• Partner with product marketing, content, motion designers, and leadership to set visual direction for major initiatives.
• Build reusable templates and frameworks to improve consistency and speed across the company.

Required profile

• 5+ years of brand or visual design experience in software, AI, or technology companies.
• Strong alignment with Circle’s values and fluent English (CEFR C2/ILR 5).
• Portfolio demonstrating brand design across campaigns, product launches, and digital experiences.
• Deep understanding of SaaS, AI, and modern design trends.
• Experience creating storyboards and concepts for launch videos and motion pieces.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Expertise in typography, composition, colour, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Strong knowledge of scalable design systems and visual identity frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate with motion designers and translate static designs into animation.
