EDI Central Key User – Global Sales Solutions

About the role

Continental is looking for an experienced EDI Central Key User to join its Tire Solution Center in Lousado. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing sales‑focused EDI connections, ensuring smooth Order‑to‑Cash processes across the global network.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop electronic Order‑to‑Cash processes in line with global EDI standards.
• Define the global EDI standard, manage exceptions and customer‑specific setups.
• Coordinate demand creation, evaluation and hand‑over to IT for development.
• Represent Continental EDI in IT and business projects worldwide.
• Collaborate with local key users, IT, and SAP module CKUs to align project delivery.
• Provide second‑line support for technical and process‑related EDI issues.
• Plan and deliver trainings, workshops and create documentation for end users.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure EDI performance and efficiency.

Required profile

• Academic degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales‑support or related functions.
• Strong knowledge of the Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) process.
• Proven experience as a Key User for EDI or SAP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10 %.
