Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Consultant

About the role

Syffer is looking for a Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant to lead and support implementation and transformation projects. You will translate business requirements into functional solutions, configure and optimise supply‑chain processes, and work closely with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support Dynamics 365 SCM implementation projects.
• Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into functional designs.
• Configure, test, and optimise supply‑chain modules such as procurement, logistics, inventory, production, master planning, sales, asset, and warehouse management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance system performance and operational efficiency.
• Support user training, go‑live activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consultant.
• Hands‑on expertise in core supply‑chain processes (procurement, logistics, inventory, production, planning, sales, asset, and warehouse management).
• Demonstrated success delivering Dynamics 365 SCM implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
