Dutch-speaking Client Service Advisor – Domestic Appliances (Hybrid, Lisbon)

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Client Service Advisor to join our Lisbon office in a hybrid setting. You will provide expert assistance to customers who own or use household appliances, handling inquiries across phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries in Dutch via phone, email and chat.
• Provide clear support for product usage, troubleshooting and warranty queries related to domestic appliances.
• Guide customers through step‑by‑step technical solutions and basic diagnostics.
• Advise on spare parts, service appointments and warranty coverage, escalating when necessary.
• Document interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed quality, productivity and customer‑satisfaction KPIs.
• Share feedback and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with a multicultural team and support hybrid working arrangements.

Required profile

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and good English (B2+) for internal communication.
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, retail or a BPO environment is a plus.
• Basic technical understanding of household appliances or willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication, empathy and patience.
• Ability to handle multiple channels and tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule with flexible shifts, including occasional evenings or weekends.
