Dutch Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to advise on AdWords campaign optimization for our client projects. You will join a fast‑growing multilingual team, working onsite with internal teams of a leading online multinational company.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build high‑value advertising campaigns for clients.
• Create keyword packs, set bids and suggest budgets.
• Gather and analyse data at account and campaign levels.
• Produce reports that support optimisation strategies across Search, Google Search Network, Mobile and YouTube.
• Identify opportunities to help sales teams engage agencies and clients.
• Maintain knowledge of departmental processes and policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to account leads.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Experience in digital marketing, client service or account management.
• Certified in AdWords Search fundamentals (preferred).
• Background in B2B environments and regular use of online advertising tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to work independently or within a team.
