Director, Solution and Product Marketing

About the role

The Director, Solution and Product Marketing will shape market strategy and define the narrative for innovative enterprise technology solutions on a global scale. Based in Portugal, you will work at the intersection of product strategy, solution positioning, and go‑to‑market execution, translating complex platforms into clear business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop market positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market strategies for key product and solution areas.
• Create differentiated positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions for enterprise audiences.
• Lead solution and product marketing strategies, including use‑case definition, competitive intelligence, and market differentiation.
• Design and execute go‑to‑market plans for product launches in collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
• Produce sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, battle cards, solution briefs, and technical content.
• Support analyst relations and market influence initiatives.
• Partner with field teams, sales engineering, customer success, and ecosystem partners to improve adoption and commercial effectiveness.
• Mentor and develop team members while ensuring high standards of strategic thinking and execution.
