Director of Supply Chain Testing

About the role

The Director of Supply Chain Testing leads the testing vision and quality strategy for the digital supply‑chain landscape. Reporting to the E2E SCM Digital Solutions department, you will partner with product, engineering, business and operations teams to ensure reliable, business‑ready releases across SAP, WMS and related platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve an enterprise‑wide testing strategy for SAP S/4HANA, WMS and peripheral systems.
• Drive the shift toward product‑centric, highly automated quality practices embedded in continuous delivery pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to establish testing standards, governance and best practices.
• Ensure end‑to‑end test coverage in partnership with business and technology stakeholders.
• Use quality metrics and insights to support fact‑based decision making and continuous improvement.
• Guide automation strategy and system integration testing across complex landscapes.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key business stakeholders, aligning testing approaches with operational priorities.
• Develop sustainable team structures, coach talent, and foster an environment of continuous learning.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in testing or quality assurance within supply‑chain or digital product environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to build high‑performing teams and develop talent.
