Director of Product Management – Digital Payment Credentials

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the Global Authentication Product team’s next‑generation authentication strategy. The focus will be on Digital Payment Credentials (DPC) and expanding authentication beyond traditional payment models, driving global execution, governance, and market adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the long‑term product strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for DPC in partnership with the DPC Product Lead.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, delivery plans, and prioritised feature sets.
• Own execution planning and governance for DPC initiatives worldwide, ensuring consistent implementation across regions.
• Lead cross‑functional alignment with Engineering, Architecture, Legal, Security, and regional product teams.
• Act as the escalation point for product‑related issues and drive resolution.
• Enable market adoption through product positioning, ecosystem engagement, and alignment with Mastercard’s broader authentication portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven product leadership experience in payments, authentication, or related fintech domains.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to convert market, regulatory, and technology trends into executable product plans.
• Demonstrated influence across ecosystems of issuers, merchants, wallet providers, and consumers.
• Excellent collaboration skills with engineering, legal, security, and regional teams.
