Director of Product Management – Agentic AI & API

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a senior leader to drive the vision and execution of its Agentic AI and API platform within the Operational Intelligence team. You will shape the next generation of intelligent financial infrastructure that automates reconciliation, settlement and exception management across the global payments ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own a multi‑year product strategy for the AI‑driven reconciliation suite and the associated API platform.
• Set strategic direction for autonomous transaction matching, dispute resolution and settlement workflows.
• Identify market opportunities, customer pain points and competitive gaps to continuously evolve the roadmap.
• Develop business cases, ROI models, pricing strategies and make build/buy/partner decisions.
• Represent the product vision to executive leadership and align engineering, data science, compliance and commercial teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience shipping complex AI/ML or platform products in regulated financial environments.
• Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts and API ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
