Digital Sales Representative – French Speaker (Oeiras)

About the role

Generix Group is seeking a Digital Sales Representative to manage and grow its French‑speaking customer base in Oeiras. You will use digital channels and remote sales techniques to increase Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by cross‑selling and upselling SaaS solutions across supply‑chain, logistics and finance domains.

Key responsibilities

• Daily follow‑up with French, Belgian and Spanish clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare commercial proposals in French, English or Spanish using Microsoft Word.
• Identify and execute cross‑selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM and collaborate with marketing, helpdesk and finance teams.

Required profile

• Higher Technician or Bachelor’s degree in commercial management, sales or a related field.
• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or SaaS.
• Fluent written and spoken French; English and Spanish are a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and results‑driven mindset.
