Digital Sales Representative – French Speaker (Oeiras)

About the role

Generix Group is seeking a Digital Sales Representative to manage and grow its French‑speaking customer base in Oeiras. The role focuses on cross‑selling and upselling SaaS solutions through digital channels and remote sales techniques, aiming to increase Annual Recurring Revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Daily follow‑up with French, Belgian, and Spanish clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare commercial proposals in French, English or Spanish using Microsoft Word.
• Identify and execute cross‑selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other sales tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, helpdesk, and finance teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Higher Technician or Bachelor’s degree in commercial management, sales or a related field.
• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or SaaS environments.
• Fluent written and spoken French; English and Spanish are a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
