About the role

Join Continental’s 18‑month Digital Process Automation Graduate programme and become a key driver of automation across Iberia. You will work on real‑world RPA projects, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and gain international exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead process automation initiatives across Spain and Portugal.
• Design, develop, and optimise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
• Roll out automation tools to multiple locations, tailoring them to local requirements.
• Identify automation opportunities and propose scalable, smart solutions.
• Collaborate with IT, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver impact.
• Ensure data governance and access management standards are met.
• Contribute to technology and infrastructure decisions.
• Track and report KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business studies or a related field.
• Curious, proactive attitude with a strong interest in technology and process improvement.
• Enjoys teamwork and turning ideas into practical solutions.

Required skills
