Digital Marketing & Visual Content Specialist

About the role

Torel Boutiques, a collection of luxury boutique hotels in Portugal, is seeking a creative Digital Marketing & Visual Content Specialist to strengthen its online presence and storytelling. You will work closely with the Marketing team to produce compelling visual assets that reflect the brand’s elegance and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement, monitor, and analyze digital marketing campaigns across all channels.
• Create visual content for hotels, restaurants, spa, experiences, and events.
• Maintain visual consistency and brand identity on digital platforms.
• Design assets for social media, newsletters, websites, campaigns, and presentations.
• Produce photography and video content with a strong aesthetic and storytelling focus.
• Analyze performance data and report insights.
• Collaborate with all departments within the group.
• Support the Marketing team with creative and operational tasks.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Multimedia or a related field.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and solid design skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
