Digital Marketing Trainee (12‑month Internship)

About the role

This 12‑month internship offers a first‑hand experience in digital marketing within a leading multinational pharmaceutical company. You will support the Customer Analytics & Insight – Digital team, creating content and executing campaigns that reach a global audience.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and edit multimedia content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Manage production timelines to ensure milestones are met.
• Support the design of graphics, photos and videos for digital channels.
• Plan, create and manage social‑media campaigns.
• Assist in the development and execution of digital communication plans.
• Cover events and activate on‑site marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Graduate or Master’s finalist in Digital Marketing, Health Marketing or a related field.
• No prior experience required (1 year preferred).
• Fluent in English with strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Team‑player with a proactive attitude and ability to prioritize tasks.
