About the role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Lisbon, you will support BYD Iberia’s brand‑building initiatives, focusing on demand generation and market growth for a luxury automotive brand. The role requires strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive paid‑media strategies in partnership with the Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and brand awareness.
• Execute, manage, and continuously optimise paid‑media campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms to maximise ROI and meet KPIs.
• Assist in creating and launching marketing strategies for the luxury automotive brand in Spain, including audience targeting and buyer‑persona development.
• Collaborate with the team to produce social‑media and website content.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Support the organisation and coordination of promotional events and activities.
• Track and report project progress and team activities to central functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably with a luxury brand.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Google Ads.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Meta Business Suite.
• Solid understanding of campaign tracking and performance analytics.
