Digital Marketing & Media Specialist – Portugal

About the role

Continental is seeking a Digital Marketing & Media Specialist to join its Iberian Marketing Department in Portugal. You will shape the brand’s online presence, drive digital campaigns, and ensure alignment with Continental’s global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital communication strategies that enhance Continental’s brand image in the Portuguese market.
• Plan, launch, and analyse digital marketing activities, managing budgets and reporting on KPIs.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to define new digital approaches aligned with consumer needs.
• Maintain and optimise the Continental and ContiService websites for content accuracy, user experience, and SEO performance.
• Oversee social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), create locally relevant content, and produce performance reports.
• Identify digital opportunities to support lead generation for ContiService.
• Manage B2C and B2B databases, ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance.
• Execute newsletters and email marketing campaigns targeting Portuguese customers and stakeholders.
• Brief and coordinate external agencies, reviewing digital content proposals and ensuring high‑quality execution.
• Ensure compliance with Portuguese legislation and Continental corporate policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing within a B2C/B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of the Portuguese market and consumer behavior.
• Ability to analyse data, manage budgets, and report on performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on compliance and brand consistency.
