Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Air Apps, a family-founded company building an AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager. The role covers planning, executing and optimising online marketing campaigns across several channels, overseeing SEO, SEM, paid advertising and digital content to drive traffic, engagement and conversions. It is a fully onsite position in Lisbon, with relocation support offered.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run multi-channel campaigns including SEO, SEM, PPC, display ads and paid social media
• Optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid acquisition channels
• Run keyword research, on-page optimisation and link-building to improve organic rankings
• Analyse campaign metrics, A/B test creatives and optimise ad spend
• Work with content and design teams on ad copy, landing pages and marketing assets
• Track KPIs, generate reports and manage email campaigns and customer acquisition funnels
• Keep up with industry trends and algorithm changes, and build retargeting and segmentation strategies

Required profile

• Around 4+ years of experience in digital, performance or growth marketing
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and hands-on Google Analytics GA4, UTM tracking and CRO
• Copywriting skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
