Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Brandlogic LLC is seeking a full‑time Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns. Based on‑site in San Juan, the role focuses on driving brand awareness, engagement and qualified leads across multiple online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate approved digital campaigns across email, SMS, websites, landing pages and other channels.
• Manage the digital marketing calendar, implementation schedules, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
• Oversee third‑party vendors and digital assets supporting campaign and website initiatives.
• Update website content, handle enhancement requests and revisions through established content‑management processes.
• Monitor campaign performance, consolidate reporting from internal teams, agencies and platforms.
• Analyse reports and dashboards to identify trends, optimisation opportunities and actionable insights.
• Prepare executive summaries, dashboards and monthly performance reports for client review.
• Lead projects from initiation to completion, maintaining schedules, documentation, approvals and execution records.
• Track project health, risks, KPIs and implementation progress, providing regular status updates.

Required profile

• Hands‑on execution mindset with strong coordination and project‑management abilities.
• Data‑driven approach, comfortable analysing performance metrics and translating insights into recommendations.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, platforms and vendors.
• Proactive attitude to stay current with industry trends and propose new tactics.

Required skills

• Experience with web analytics tools.
• Familiarity with content management systems.
